Layaway and Special Order Policy

Layaway policy

20% Down Minimum
All deposits are non-refundable.

Guaranteed hold time is 3 months, if after 3 months the item is not paid in full, the item
will be placed back into stock for sale. Should this occur, Customer has up to 1 year from
the date of the initial deposit to apply the full deposit amount to another purchase (not layaway)
from Willcutt Guitar Shoppe, Inc. After 1 year no credit will be issued.

Special Order Policy

Balance due in full when item arrives at Willcutt Guitar Shoppe, Inc. If the item is not paid in full
in 30 days, item is placed into stock, for sale and any deposits are forfeited. Regrettably, no credits
or refunds can be issued for Special Orders
